Meditation and Mindfulness Workshop for Biology Majors – April 18, 2022

Feeling stressed before finals? Having a tough time finding balance? If so, join us for a free virtual meditation and mindfulness workshop centered around gentle, easy ways to relieve stress! In this workshop, Biology Peer Mentors Shree Dudhat and Lisa Klein will guide you through mindfulness practices and teach you simple meditation techniques to calm your mind and body. You will learn about the biology of stress and how to activate a relaxation response.
